Please read our policies carefully. By purchasing items from Team10 Collectibles you agree to all policies stated within the Team10 Collectibles website.

 PAYMENT

 We accept Payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Paypal. We use a secure online payment processing system designed by Paypal for your piece of mind.

 

 SECURITY

 Our site is secure. SSL certificates are used to provide secure, encrypted transactions between Web browsers and websites, authenticating our identity to our customers, while giving you the confidence to send credit card and other personal information to our server.

Team10 Collectibles employs thwate digital SSL certificate technology.

 thawte believes there are two main reasons why you should make use of a digital certificate:

1. To prove your company's (or your server's) identity online and in so doing create a sense of trust and confidence in using your web site.

 2. To offer protection of the data submitted to your web site (or between servers) through the use of encryption. Should any information be intercepted, it will be unintelligible without the unique key used for decryption.

 RETURNS

 Team10 Collectibles takes great care in seeing that your order is processed accurately, inspected diligently and packed to arrive to you safely. Having said this, we do understand that from time to time things can go wrong. Our goal is to always make your experience with us right. We value you as our customer, and will work with you to solve any issue you may have. We only accept returns for items that are incorrect from what was ordered, defective, or damaged.

 Please open and inspect your order closely when it arrives and contact us immediately if there is a problem. You have 72 hours from the time you receive your order to let us know of any problems. Please email (support@team10collectibles.com) us telling us exactly what is incorrect, defective or damaged. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with instructions on what to do along with an RMA number. All returns MUST have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Team10 Collectibles prior to being sent back. Returns will not be accepted without one. If there needs to be a return due to us sending you the wrong item, we will pay all shipping charges. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

We want you to be satisfied with your order. In most cases we will be able to exchange your damaged, defective, or incorrect item for a new one. When that is not possible, a refund will be provided.

 In order to qualify for a refund, all returned non-defective or undamaged products must be in saleable condition, unused, and in their original unopened packaging. It is your responsibility to use adequate packing material in order to ensure that the item will arrive back to us undamaged. Defective or damaged merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and packed so more damage does not occur during the return shipment. In most cases sending the item back in the original packaging should be sufficient in both circumstances. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

 Refunds and Exchanges will only be issued once we receive the item.

 We stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be very happy with what you have purchased. We have chosen to carry only products we believe to be the best in class for quality. That being said, the products we carry are mass-produced toys and models where historical inaccuracies, minor product deviations, and/or loose (but not broken) parts can occur. This is beyond our control. We cannot accept returns due to these reasons.

We will also not accept returns for package “blemishes” such as dented corners, scuff marks and scrapes, loose or dimpled packaging windows, tears in boxes, etc. Due to the mass-produced nature of our products and the distances they must travel to get to us we cannot ensure that every product’s package will be perfect.

 

SHIPPING

UNITED STATES

We will ship your order within 72 business hours of order completion and received payment. We typically ship using FedEx Ground, UPS and USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders in the continental United States. We do everything we can to ensure fair and economical shipping prices.

 Our shipping system for orders is set up to reward customers who have multiple item orders:

For $0.01 to $99.99 orders, shipping is $8.00 US.

For $100.00-$199.99 orders, shipping is $4.00 US.

For $200.00+ orders shipping is FREE.

 

INTERNATIONAL (NON-UNITED STATES)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PAY HIGHER ADJUSTED SHIPPING COSTS AND MUST CONTACT TEAM10 COLLECTIBLES support@team10collectibles.com  BEFORE ORDERING. THERE ARE SOME COUNTRIES WE DO NOT SHIP TO, SO PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST!

Customs fees,import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges. Team10 Collectibles does not charge these fees, and we have no advance knowledge of or control over the amount of the fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
